Your finished piece will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.
If you reside in Japan or will be staying in Japan for at least two weeks from the date of creation, domestic shipping is available.

POTERIE

Please arrive at the 1st floor reception of the Hakone Crafthouse Main Building at least 30 minutes before your reserved experience time.

(For example, if your reservation is at 1:00 PM, please arrive by 12:30 PM.)

It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Hakone Crafthouse from the main entrance of Gora Park, so please allow enough time to get there.

Since same-day reservations are made after 12:00 a.m., you will not be able to cancel, change the time, or modify the number of participants.

Even after the reservation deadline has passed, you may still be able to join the experience on the same day if there are available spots.
