Glassblowing Experience（HAKONE）

Duration: Approx. 40 minutes or longer (for one person)
Add 10 minutes for each additional consecutive time slot booked.

【Experience Flow】
・Arrive at the scheduled check-in time and decide on a design. (20 min)
・Put on an apron and work gloves to prepare. (10 min)
・Experience begins! Takes about 10 minutes per person. (10 min)

【Example: Booking two consecutive slots for two people】 Total: 50 minutes or longer
10:00 Slot A + 10:10 Slot A
・Both people arrive at check-in at 10:00 and decide on a design. (20 min)
・Put on aprons and work gloves to prepare. (10 min)
・First person's experience (10 min)
・Second person's experience (10 min)

※ If you wish to take photos of each other: Booking two consecutive slots (staggered times) allows you to photograph one another (e.g., Slot A at 9:30 + Slot A at 9:40).
The process involves one person working for 10 minutes, followed by switching to the next person.
If you book two slots for the same time (side-by-side), the activities happen simultaneously, so you cannot take photos of each other (e.g., Slot A at 9:30 + Slot B at 9:30).

Delivery is available 4-5 days later.
(In-store pickup is not available.)

Participants must be 4 years old or older.
Children under 4 years old cannot participate.

Meet at the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Hakone Craft House main building.
Experience takes place in the glass-blowing workshop.

[The basic experience fee of 5,280 yen is the minimum price.]
You can choose from 6 types of glasses, 2 types of sake cups, a single-flower vase, and a small bowl without any additional charge.
You can create seasonal limited-edition colors or beer glasses for an additional fee on the day of the experience.

Even if the reservation deadline has passed, you may still be able to join the experience on the same day if there are available spots.

Clothing made of synthetic fibers (such as windbreakers) is highly flammable and dangerous.
If you have long hair, please tie it back.

Due to limited staff availability, there may be days when you cannot create items with handles, such as mugs, as part of the experience.
