Glassblowing Experience（HAKONE）

1 person 10 minutes (Apart from workshop time, registration will take 30 minutes)

*If two people want to photograph each other: Booking two slots vertically allows both of you to photograph each other. (Example: Seat A 9:30 + Seat A 9:40)
Each person works for 10 minutes, then switches with the next person.

Booking two slots horizontally means simultaneous work, so photography is not possible. (Example: Seat A 9:30 + Seat B 9:30 at the same time)

Delivery is available 4-5 days later.
(In-store pickup is not available.)

Please pay the shipping fee separately on the day of your visit.
Domestic shipping fee: 1,540 yen per location

Domestic shipping is only available to residents of Japan. We cannot ship to hotels.

If you live overseas, please use international courier service.
(Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country. Shipping may not be available to some countries due to international circumstances.)

Participants must be 4 years old or older.
Children under 4 years old cannot participate.

(This facility is located within Hakone Gora Park.)

HAKONECRAFTHOUSE Main Building 1st floor
(It takes about 5 minutes to get from the main gate of Gora Park to the Craft House.)

Please arrive at the 1st floor reception of the Hakone Crafthouse Main Building at least 30 minutes before your reserved experience time.
(For example, if your reservation is at 1:00 PM, please arrive by 12:30 PM.)

[The basic experience fee of 5,280 yen is the minimum price.]
You can choose from 6 types of glasses, 2 types of sake cups, a single-flower vase, and a small bowl without any additional charge.
(※Shipping fee of 1,540 yen must be paid on the day of the experience.)
You can create seasonal limited-edition colors or beer glasses for an additional fee on the day of the experience.


【For customers making same-day reservations through the booking site】
After completing your reservation, you may cancel without any cancellation fee via My Page until 12:00 AM on the day of your visit.
If your same-day reservation is made after 12:00 AM, you will not be able to cancel, change the time, or adjust the number of participants.
Please note that cancellations made after 12:00 AM on the day of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee. We kindly ask you to take extra care when making same-day bookings.

【Notice Regarding Glassblowing Studio Maintenance Work】
・May 11th - May 15th → Closed all day
・May 16th - May 23rd → Construction Reserve Period

If the construction proceeds smoothly, we plan to operate as usual during the reserve period.
Reservations for the reserve period will begin on May 15th (Friday) in the afternoon.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could make your reservation through the reservation website on May 15th.

Even if the reservation deadline has passed, you may still be able to join the experience on the same day if there are available spots.

Clothing made of synthetic fibers (such as windbreakers) is highly flammable and dangerous.
If you have long hair, please tie it back.

Due to limited staff availability, there may be days when you cannot create items with handles, such as mugs, as part of the experience.
