Let’s create your very own original glass piece together with our staff!
You’ll get to blow molten glass and shape it into a beautiful glass item.
Don’t worry—our instructor will guide you one-on-one throughout the process!

- How to receive the works
Delivery only.
You cannot take your creation home on the same day.
Next-day pickup at the store is also not available.
A domestic shipping fee of 1,540 yen per location in Japan applies.
① Delivery to a hotel is available.
You can specify a pickup date and time up to five days after the experience date.
(Delivery may not be possible to facilities without staff, such as private lodgings.)

Please be sure to have your shipping address ready before booking.
④ Domestic delivery cannot be specified more than five days in advance.
You cannot participate if your stay is too short to receive the creation.

Participants must be 4 years old or older.
Children under 4 years old cannot participate.

- Precautions
Please arrive at the 1st floor reception of the Hakone Crafthouse Main Building at least 30 minutes before your reserved experience time.
(For example, if your reservation is at 1:00 PM, please arrive by 12:30 PM.)
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Hakone Crafthouse from the main entrance of Gora Park, so please allow enough time to get there.
The basic experience fee of ¥4,400 is the minimum price.
Additional charges will apply if you choose design options.
A separate shipping fee of ¥1,540 (within Japan) is required.

After completing your reservation, you may cancel without any cancellation fee via My Page until 12:00 AM on the day of your visit.
If your same-day reservation is made after 12:00 AM, you will not be able to cancel, change the time, or adjust the number of participants.
Please note that cancellations made after 12:00 AM on the day of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee. We kindly ask you to take extra care when making same-day bookings.
- Notes
Even if the reservation deadline has passed, you may still be able to join the experience on the same day if there are available spots.
Clothing made of synthetic fibers (such as windbreakers) is highly flammable and dangerous.
If you have long hair, please tie it back.Due to limited staff availability, there may be days when you cannot create items with handles, such as mugs, as part of the experience.
