Let’s create your very own original glass piece together with our staff!
You’ll get to blow molten glass and shape it into a beautiful glass item.
Don’t worry—our instructor will guide you one-on-one throughout the process!

- How to receive the works
Allow the work to cool down over time.After that we process the bottom surface.
・You cannot pick up your work at the store. You can only receive it by delivery.
・We can send it to your hotel. You can specify the pick-up date and time from 5 days later. It can't be done faster than that.

Participants must be 4 years old or older. Children under 4 years old cannot participate.

CRAFTHOUSE Main Building 1st floor
- Precautions
Please arrive at the 1st floor reception of the Hakone Crafthouse Main Building at least 30 minutes before your reserved experience time.
(For example, if your reservation is at 1:00 PM, please arrive by 12:30 PM.)
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Hakone Crafthouse from the main entrance of Gora Park, so please allow enough time to get there.
The basic experience fee of ¥4,400 is the minimum price.
Additional charges will apply if you choose design options.
A separate shipping fee of ¥1,540 (within Japan) is required.
International shipping is also available.【For customers making same-day reservations through the booking site】
After completing your reservation, you may cancel without any cancellation fee via My Page until 12:00 AM on the day of your visit.
If your same-day reservation is made after 12:00 AM, you will not be able to cancel, change the time, or adjust the number of participants.
Please note that cancellations made after 12:00 AM on the day of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee. We kindly ask you to take extra care when making same-day bookings.
- Notes
Even if the reservation deadline has passed, you may still be able to join the experience on the same day if there are available spots.
Clothing made of synthetic fibers (such as windbreakers) is highly flammable and dangerous.
If you have long hair, please tie it back.Due to limited staff availability, there may be days when you cannot create items with handles, such as mugs, as part of the experience.
